Seth and Richard have been fans of movie commentaries for years. Not only because it gives you the chance to learn how to do some amazing effects in very simplistic ways and get notes from great directors, but also because the cast and crew can just make very entertaining tracks. We really love what Robert Englund brought to the Freddy vs. Jason commentary, and what Don Coscarelli and his cast did for the Phantasm DVD.

Commentaries can be very informative and insightful, and a great deal of fun. We love hearing what the cast remember about the experiences of making the movie, or how they managed to accomplish such memorable scenes.

As it is, we love (or loathe) the movies we watch, and always spend more time talking about the scenes than we do watching them. So, why not record it? That's what it's all about! In due time, Blood Puddle Reviews will be bringing you full video commentaries for good and bad films alike.

Due to copyrights and the fact that this is non-profit entertainment, we will not be able to offer audio from the actual films. We have a list of planned commentaries to do, but by all means, if there is a certain movie out there you'd like to request, please do so! We only ask that it be horror, if even comedy/horror. We just love watching movies, even if they're bad, at least we'll still have plenty to say about them! All commentaries will be free and made available soon enough, so stay tuned!
