It all began very early on. If there was a movie his parents didn't want him seeing, he made it his mission to see it. With an Aunt that owned a local video store, she'd let him pick three or four movies a day to watch, and of course he always ran straight to the horror section

(and once into the adult section by mistake, but that's another story...) The Nightmare on Elm Street series always stuck close to Seth's heart, as did other cult classics like From Dusk till Dawn, Phantasm, Stephen King's IT, The Evil Dead Trilogy, Fright Night, Cemetery Man, The Lost Boys, and many others. He was Freddy Krueger for Halloween when he was only three years old, so needless to say, he's grown up with the Horror Genre. Obviously, Seth didn't turn out to be some kind of deranged serial killer, but merely a man who aspires to one day make horror films of his very own. He created Blood Puddle in 2014, and has been spending his time reviewing horror movies ever since.

Richard Steele

Richard's earliest experiences with horror films was when he was very young and saw JAWS. He knew that Jaws didn't care if you were a kid or not, he'd eat you anyway. He grew up watching a show called Movie Magic, about special effects, and it inspired him from an early age to want to become a special makeup effects artist. His first real exposure to horror was while watching that show, and while explaining how they make a person appear to be ripped in half, the scene from George A. Romero's Day of the Dead. To this day, Creepshow (especially The Crate) is one of his all-time favorite horror films. He loves sci-fi horror (i.e Alien, The Fly (1986), The Thing (1982) and creature features.
